Digital ScrapbookingAre you interested in scrapbooking? If so, you might very well interested in the knol written by Karen Bellamy about digital scrapbooking.

Karen explained in her knol about digital scrapbooking as follow:

Digital Scrapbooking or Computer Scrapbooking, as it’s sometimes known, is the creation of scrapbook layouts using a graphics editing software program.

To get started, you obviously need a PC/laptop, an internet connection and a good graphic editing software.

Digital scrapbooking is different to the common and conventional scrapbooking, in a sense that digital scrapbooking allows you to view your work before you decide to print for your own safekeeping, share it with your family and friends, or send it wherever you want on the Internet.

The upside of digital scrapbooking is the availability of the scrapbooking elements. Unlike the conventional scrapbooking that requires replenishment of materials to create scrapbooking layouts, digital scrapbooking allows you to use and reuse any elements you create or copy from the Net.
